I recently had the pleasure of joining some of my favorite fellow employee-owners, Beth Hallett and Charlie Myers, for a morning of swinging hammers, installing siding, and lots of laughs on a hot July morning in Iowa. Women Lead Change (WLC) sponsored the Habitat for Humanity Iowa Heartland Women Build event last month in our community. Our local Women Lead Change chapter, Cedar Valley Women Connect, organized a group of volunteers for the event.
